Warranty conditions

Warranty
Winterwarm gives 1 year warranty as standard on parts and heaters. When you want to apply for warranty, you will have to return the defective part so that we can establish the cause of the defect and determine wether warranty applies. In case of a defective heater, please contact our Sales Office in Warrington. We can only accept heaters in return when we have issued a consent in writing (either by e-mail of fax).

General conditions
All orders and goods supplied by Winterwarm UK Ltd are subject to the Orgalime General conditions S2012 for the supply of mechanical, electrical and electronic products, filed at Orgalime in Brussels. No other conditions will apply unless they have been expressly agreed by us in writing.
